red mail Elsie M Robinson - Married Leonard Howard
I am interested in gaining any information of my grandfather Leonard Howard, who married Elsie M Robinson. They lived in Kirkby Overblow, and had three daughters, Joan, Margery and Patricia, and a son, Norman. He later remarried, so I presume she died young, or they divorced. Leonard was born in Knaresborough, and his father's name was William Howard. (William's job is down as "Marine Supplies"). Any help in tracing anything about this would be greatly appreciated. They Married in Wetherby in 1925.
red mail Richard Addison - Sarah Walker
I'm looking for information on Sarah Walker who married Richard Addison in Kirkby Overblow 19 Apr 1752. I have conflicting information on Sarah Walker (too difficult to go into here) and I would appreciate any help.
red mail Daulby Dalby Dolby
Researching the Dalby family of Kirkby Overblow. A Robert Daulby and Elisabeth Daulby ( both the same surname but NO degree of consanguinity ) married here in November 1725. He was 26, from Collingham, she was 20 and living in Spofforth, but not originally from there. There are no christenings for any of their children in KO, although 40 years later our direct ancestor Thomas Dalby ( father Robert, Mother Elisabeth ) and 4 siblings were christened here ( 1761 > 1772 ). We are searching for the missing generation. Any help greatly appreciated.
red mail Waterson - Kirkby Overblow and Sicklinghall
Interested in any Waterson living in Kirkby Overblow or Sicklinghall late 1700s especially Ambrose Waterson.
