red mail Elizabeth Nichols nee Shaw
I am trying to find out what happened to my ggg grandfather William Nichols' first wife Elizabeth. Her Maiden name was Shaw, she was born c1810 in Linthwaite. They married 30th May 1830 and had 3 children, on 2nd November 1834 he married Nancy Barrett, in the 1841 census the children from both marriages were living with William and Nancy, which leads me to believe that Elizabeth died around 1833/34 (her last child being born 5th Dec 1833. I cannot find a death certificate for her or where she may be buried, she just seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Any help at all would be really appreciated.
