red mail Whitaker Family
I am researching the Whitaker family from Baildon, there are many families conected to this family including , Brooke, Bottomley, Holmes, Tyson, Brennard and Robinson. John or also known as Jacky Whitaker married Sarah Robinson in 1803 they had a son called John in 1807 who moved into Guiseley and became a methodist preacher. I am trying to comfirm the line, as some people think this Whitaker family branch came from Miles Rhodes, but I beg to differ, I think they may of been cousins but not a direct line. Would love to hear from anyone with these families to help with my search. Sue
