red mail Swales Family in Liverton/Brotton
My ancestors came from Liverton and Brotton. George Swales was born in Brotton in 1785 and married Mary Wilson in 1807 in Lastingham. They lived in Liverton until 1831 when they immigrated to Indiana, USA. George was a veterinarian and medical doctor. I am interested in his family in Liverton and Brotton. I believe his parents were George and Susannah Atkinson Swales from Brotton.
