Looking for help finding any information about the family of Albert Joseph Hollamby born in 1917, his parents were Henry and Mary Hollamby; they also had 2 daughters Ethel and Eva and maybe another son, unsure of his name. Henry was in the forces during WW1 and Albert served in WW2. Mary's maiden name was Racher. They lived in Montague Road Hornsey Middlesex. Albert married Josephine in 1942; they had 2 sons, Douglas and Alan and in 1949 immigrated to America. Any help would be appreciated

I am trying to find information on the Masini family. The first ancestor I have found is John Paul Masini but have found little conclusive information I assume he was born around 1790 but have not found a date or place of birth. I think he may have been Italian. His wife Ann was born about 1798 according to the 1841 Census but was by then a Widow, occupation Florist and born in Middlesex. There were 5 children from this marriage. The eldest, James Paul Masini born about 1818 in St Giles, London is my direct line and married Ellen Ann Milbourne in October 1848 at St Pancras. Of their 6 children Amelia Alice Masini born about 1859 in St Pancras, Middlesex was my Great Grandmother. Amelia married William John Cornwell on 4 January 1885 at Haggerston, Middlesex. Any info would be gratefully received.

At the age of 13 Samuel Robbins was serving on HMS Victory and took part in the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. The only information I have found so far (from National Archives Trafalgar Section) is that he was born in LONDON c1792. Has anyone come across him please? Alexander left the family home in 1947 with a person by the name of Myrtle surname unknown Alexander had a builders yard in Silwood Street Bermondsey London and Myrtle work her fathers Green Grocery store not far from Silwood St. There is no record of him on any census only as a child living with his parents their names were James and Sabina and he had a brother James b1900. If there is any one at all that has any information on him please please let me know he was my grandfather. I have been looking for Alexander for a number of years my gut feeling is he changed his name or emigrated.

On 1871 Census Thomas worked as Manager (Tea Dealer) for wholesale tea dealer, land owner and farmer William Berrall at 40 Bedford Street, Westminster, London (Parish: St Paul Covent Garden). Eliza (widowed) recorded on 1901 Census with unmarried daughter Marian, a teacher of music. Does anyone know what happened to Marian Smith, please?

Morgan family of London
Seeking information on Benjamin and Elizabeth Morgan, born c1790. Children born in London (and baptised in St. Luke parish)were Benjamin (1816); Sarah (1816); Elizabeth (1819 in Chelsea); Lucy Maria (1822); Ann Elizabeth (1825); John George (1825); and Harriet Eliza (1828). I believe these to be the family of my Elizabeth Morgan born c1820 in Chelsea, who married Samuel/John Baylis. Benjamin and Elizabeth appear in the 1841 census in the parish of St. Luke in Ironmonger Road. Any help would be much appreciated!

One of the children born in St Helena was George Wills c1835 who is listed on one of the census as a Police Inspector. Can anyone help me?

John/Jack Moss was born in Fulham on the 20th Aug 1885 he served in the Navy (boy entrant)from 1895 - Dec 1908 in various ships The next few years are missing but in 1912 he went to Hong Kong to serve in the Hong Kong Police Force retiring from that in 1932 he then went to work at the Admiralty in Hong Kong as a caretaker with special qualifications as ex police. He was interned in Stanley Prison Camp Hong Kong in 1942 where he died in 1944 it was at this oint i found he had a wife Lily Beatrice ? (maiden name unknown) born in London 27-06-1891 I have been unable to uncover any more details about this lady apart from the records from the camp saying she would be staying on in Hong Kong I would very much like to know more about Lily and her life the search for a marriage cert is still ongoing but no luck so far if anybody can add anything to what i already have i would be most grateful Thank you

My Mother recollects going to her grandfathers grave in London, probably the East, and standing on a bridge that overlooked the burial ground near a railway station.
