An ancestor is Sarah WALL born about 1825. She married Henry BARNARD in 1845 and her father is shown at John WALL. The various census returns show her as being born in Stanford, sometimes Herefordshire and sometimes Worcestershire. From research I believe her parents were John WALL (died 1838) and Mary WALL. Also that her brother was Edward WALL (bp 1832) who ended up in Willenhall, Wolvehampton. Parishes mentioned are Stanford on Teme and Sapey (Upper & Lower). Other children of John & Mary are: Ann (bp 1823), John (bp 1825), William (bp 1827), Elizabeth (bp 1829) and Thomas (bp 1836). Sarah is my mystery ancestor as I have not so far been able to find her baptism, although I have been able to pin down the rest of her life (except for the 1841 census)!

I am looking for information about my aunt born in 1915 and died in 1964. Her mother (my grandmother) was Sarah Ann Jones and they are buried in a joint grave in the Yardley Cemetery. She had two children, Carol who I believe has died and Laurie who emigrated to Australia. She had three sisters Minnie, Bessie Eileen ( my mother) and Mary. Her father was William John Jones who came from New Tredegar in South Wales but lived in Herefordshire where he met Sarah Ann (Pearce Bevan) from Kentchurch. I have been totally unable to find any information about William John who, apparently, left the family early on although there was some suggestion that he lived in Birmingham for some time. I am researching Edward Bowyer, b. 10/10/1738 Stockton on Teme. Married Anne Roberts on 23 Feb 1760 at Stottesden and Farlow. I have Edward's parents as, William Bowyer b 2/6/1694 at Lindridge Worcs. and Jane Glasard b 1694, Worcester. and married 1735 on 30th Nov. at Ribbesford, Worcs. I am beginning to doubt William's birthday, and that it was not 2/6/1694 but sometime in 1710. I have no reason why i have this doubt, but it's niggling away at me. Does anyone know to which family named Jones Joseph born c.1830 belonged? There are a number of Jones families in the 1841 census. Joseph left home and joined the Royal Artillery. He was in Crimea, married Sophia Compaign in Montreal on 19 September 1862 and died in Woolwich in 1896. Suckley parish church burnt down in the late 1800s so the parish records don't seem to be available. Any information about Joseph's forebears would be gratefully received. I visited Suckley in July this year but all the Joneses seem to have moved.

Catherine Ewer's b. 1837 parents names were Jeremiah EWER and Matilda BRIGGS from Cornwall, England Any information on this family line would be very much appreciated. Their children were Arthur Clarke b. 1910 - 1915, Lilian Clarke b. 1910 - 1915 and my Pop Eric Clarke 17/11/1930. Arthurs Clarke married Mabel Pingo Lilian Married Norman Ellis and Eric married Barbara Kite.Eric and Barbar later immigrated to Australia. Elizabeth later married Harold Pingo after the death of Thomas between 1935 - 1942. They lived in Weoley Castle area in the 30's and ran and owned a grocery store in Selly Oak. Am trying to find details of Harry Halleg (could be Halley) two names on a marriage and someones death cert. He had a daughter in 1939. (was not married to the mum) Also lived in a big house near the St. James school in the then old West Malvern, which was in De Walden Road. my great great grandfather,benjamin fisher,was toll collector in white ladies aston for a time.he was born around 1825 and had a large family(8)children.the boy called john,i understand,stayed in the village(i'm not sure how many of them did so)and,the text says,"dropped dead while mowing".his grandson was killed when a log fell on him.if anyone has any details about other family members i would be grateful for them.someone asked when the fisher family first came to ombersley.i believe this was in 1896 when albert came bringing his wife and 6 children. he went on to have 2 more.his address was listed as parsonage which was at holt fleet i think.hope this is useful.

my great grandmother martha bridgett is buried at church yard no headstone i understand and i have burriasl record, but would there be a record picture of the internment area y hedge i was told, she used to do radio in the war time and her husband william died in the 1920's tenbury wells infirmiry but i would like to know where he is buried?martha was from tenbury she had been a lloyd but we have not known this branh and only lizzie of tarrington and edith of bewdley known of the bridgett bridget line to me i would like to know more as lots more siblings i told but my dad in 80's only has family names like florrie toots so i can not know to them, fred crowther brother did a tree i thank them so much for all thei help and for edwina crowther bewdley for her letters and all, fantastic, i just would like to know if the other siblings relatyives out there nd if they wish contact? all best.
