red mail Frank Jackson
Ethel Jackson had an illegitimate son, Frank (born 8 Jan 1911) and although her parents lived in Leicester, Frank's birth certificate records an address of 148 Tomkinson Road, Stockingford, Nuneaton - AN ADDRESS THAT 1911 CENSUS DOES NOT RECOGNISE! No.146 & 150 are listed and three unnumbered 'residences' are shown for Tomkinson Road which might have been at No.148 although not numbered as such. It seems that Ethel had gone/been sent to relatives to give birth. Her grandparents were Bull as well as Jackson so does anyone recognise this Tomkinson Road address? Ethel and baby Frank were back with her parents at the 1911 Census. Any clues would be much appreciated. Greg

red mail Broadbent - James
Trying to find the birth of James, about 1828. Have his marriage to Lucy Waddams in 1858, in Foleshill, but no father listed. His place of birth in 1871 census is given as Stockingford, Warks. Would like help to find parents, this is my brick wall! Have looked at parish records for the area with no luck.
red mail Albrighton
Joseph & Annie Albrighton, Church Road, Stockingford, parents of Gertrude 1879, Ada 1887, Edith & Ethel (twins) 1888, Eva 1890, Leah(Lily) 1893 & Alfred 1895. Would love to hear of descendants of any of the above.
red mail 1874085 Sapper F Moore
I recently visited the military cemetary in Yokohama and placed a posy of flowers on the grave of Sapper Moore, died on 7th October 1945, son of Fred and Catherine May Moore of Stockingford. Would like to hear from any surviving relatives.
red mail James Jacques, Nuneaton
Looking for gt grandad James JACQUES, have found a marriage reference to Ann DEWIS, on the IGI for 11 Aug 1872, Stockingford, Nuneaton. He doesn't appear to be on the 1881 census, but he was a coal miner so perhaps he was at work......but I can't find his wife either, and their son is living with his grandfather, John Dewis in Church Lane, Nuneaton. Any help would be gratefully recieved. Thanks to the person that spotted James and family in Stafford...that was a surprize, it was also nice to find out that people DO read these notes!!
