PEMBERTON in Berkswell
The 1814 PCC will of widow Sarah STREET of Brighton, Ssx and Pimlico, Mdx, mentioned "my sister ... PEMBERTON of Berkswell, Co Warwick". Unfortunately in the will there was a blank space where Mrs PEMBERTON'S given name should be. Trying to find anything about this Pemberton family, especially the maiden name of Mrs PEMBERTON which should lead me to Sarah STREET'S maiden name too and hopefully where she came from. Other names which may be associated are another possible relative Catherine BURTRAM (formerly BATES) of Lambeth, her brother Stephen HARRIS of Bath, Henrietta Maria YOUNG (formerly ELLIOT, maiden name HILL and later CURSON), Samuel WATSON (of Lower Shuckburgh, Co Warwick). Sarah STREET born possibly 1745ish - her children born in 1760-1780s.
