Looking for decedents to Thomas David Hill. My greatgrandmother was Jane Louisa (Jenny) Hunt, (b 1888 CharltonKent) daughter of Edward Hunt (B1835) and Jane Louisa Hill (B1846) Only child. She married Frank W Bidwell and the family moved to Aust 1920, my grandmother is Francis Louise Jane Bidwell the eldest child (b 1910) other sibling,Denis, Mary, David, Minnie, Charlie, Maisie, Wally. Each child and there mother was listed in the will, also a few mentions of a Nephew Wilfred L Hill, a niece Sheila Scott another Niece Guinirere Hill ( quite hard to read very faded). Will was written on 24/7/1951.I haven't found a death listing for Thomas as it may have been a while after? It states my GG grandmother as a cousin and all her children as Second cousins. I don't know anything of Louisa Hill's brothers/family. I would like to trace how Thomas David Hill is related and any other connections here. If anyone could help that would be very appreciated, Thank You

Hubert George Bennett was my father's elder brother. After we moved to the other side of the world my father lost touch with him. He was married first to a Joan Gray then to a Barbara ?. He may possibly have died around 1990 . He was last contacted in Surbiton. Any information on him or his second wife would be a great help.

maud ethel hunter,married william frank packham 1875. they had the following siblings, william gladstone, john, may, ruby, hilda, violet, rupert, and ethel emma. I know nothing about my hunter gradparents.only that my gradfathers name was also william, and that my grandmother had a brother called john (jack)who lived at 112 brighton road surbiton.that was in 1955. I have a Henry Knight marrying Catherine Kennedy in Surbiton, Surrey in August 1905. Henry's father Richard Knight is a Farmer while Catherine's Father John is a Farm Labourer. Witnesses to the wedding include Henry Butler and Maria Kennedy. It is believed that Maria later marrys another Knight. Any info or help would be appreciated.

Names include William John,Dennis John, Kate (nee Watson), Kathleen, Mary, Kathleen and Elizabeth. My maternal Grandparents, Roy and Ivy, lived in Ashcombe Avenue between the 1950s and 1980s. Roy Francis Honore WALSH b.1912, originally hailed from Southampton and had a Fruit and Veg. Import business which he ran from London - Billingsgate and Covent Garden. He had four sisters and his father originally from Middlesex (London) was a map engraver / draughtsman with the Ordnance Survey. Ivy (née BRADSHAW) 1910-1995, came from Seaton Delaval, Northumberland and was from a mining family.She was one of eight children. She met my Grandfather while working for his sister in Southampton and the couple were married in Ealing 29 June 1935.

My Dad has a lovely book called 'Long Ditton Remembered' by Mark Davison. ISBN 0 9534240 0 6 price 9.95 UK pounds. It has lovely photographs and an old map of the area in 1895. Lots of local people are mentioned and it also has some photographs and information about Surbiton and Kingston too. My Dad is in one of the school photographs and St Mary's church is there, where my parents were married and where I was christened.
