Thomas Peck/Clara Nash
Thomas Peck and Clara Nash were married in Kennington in 1846. Thomas's father was William Peck, a corn dealer from Bowling Green. Clara's father was Thomas Nash (deceased), of William St. Thomas was a linen draper who moved to Ireland with his family about 1857, where he and Clara both died at a young age. I have information on his four children and am looking for anything on the Peck/Nash families. A later census record shows that Thomas was born in Essex and Clara in Lambeth.

red mail Henry Wilson button maker on Walworth or Kennington Marriage Certificate
Henry Wilson appears as a button maker on his daughter's marriage certificate. Jane Wilson married Thomas Joseph Butler in Kennington in 1884 and the witnesses were Henry Wilson and Emma Wilson. Both bride and groom gave their addresses as St Martins and I know the groom's family came from Walworth/ Kennington. Can anyone help with Henry the button maker as Thomas Joseph Butler died before the 1891 census so I cannot identify Jane to find her place of birth. The answer : Jane was born near the Strand, London and was the daughter of Sarah Shadbolt from Huntingdonshire and Henry Wilson whose family came from Birmingham. Many of his family were button makers.
