My family came to Croydon from Weston Patrick near Basingstoke in 1875 to work in the brick-fields in Woodside. Gt Granfather James had 13 children including Jane, Emma, Herbert, Mary, Eliza, Agnes,AlbertJames, Frederick Arthur, William Ernest, May and Kate. Around the turn of the 20th Century, they married into the following families, Elliott, Baden, Hathaway, Liddiard, Owens. Any information appreciated.
