red mail Charles Pitts of Horham
Charles Pitts (or sometimes Pitt) married Ann Palfrey of Langham 18 Dec 1821. Charles Pitts was born ca 1798 in Horham but I have found no record of his birth/baptism, nor of his family. He died in 1858. Charles and Ann had 7 children - Arthur, Harriet, Sophia, Mary Ann, Emma, Maria, Louisa. Does anyone have Charles in their tree?
red mail Read 1700-1800's
Mary Read b circa 1781 and Harriett Read b circa 1805 Tannington(?) are both in my tree. Both married William Sparrow's from Horham. I guess Harriett was a relation of Mary's but have no evidence of this. Harriett became Mary's daughter in law. Is anyone out there knowledgeable on the Read family please?
red mail Ablett 1700's
Anne Ablett b 1753, married William Sparrow. Does anyone know where Anne was born please, and who her parents were? William is one of the Horham Sparrow's, but I don't know if Anne came from there. Anne is the only Ablett I know of so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
red mail Robinson
I am looking for help to find any relatives of the Robinson family. they lived in Horham, Henry George Robinson around the 1900's i think he died in 1929 he was married to Charlotte and they had about 4/5 children.
red mail Garrod-Tricker
Ann Garrod (Garrard) married John Tricker in Wingfield in 1803. Ann's family appears to have originated from Stradbrooke/Horham. Ann was born around 1781 and christened in Horham, although most of her elder siblings were christened in Stradbrooke. Her parents were William Garrod and Elizabeth Warner who married in 1764 in Stradbrooke. John Tricker was born about 1780 but I don't know any more about him yet.
