George Elliott
I'm looking for information on George Elliott, born in Earl Soham in 1855, specifically who his parents were and how he is related to Robert Elliott who was a carpenter in Bedfield. George was also a carpenter, and lived for a time in London, and later in Bedfield. Trying to establish a connection to my g-g-grandfather Benjamin Elliott.
red mail Berry - Henry
I am looking for information on my great great grandfather. His name Henry Berry, married to a lady called Sarah (maiden name unknown). Sarah was born in Leytonstone. On the census returns Henry puts his place of birth as Earl Soham. I have had no success in that area of research. Henry was born around 1811 and had 7 children. Mary Ann, Emma, Henry, George Albert, William, Philip and Adelade. From the earliest census info I can find (1851) he lived at St George in the East/Mile End, East London. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.
