I am looking for the marriage of Susannah Lye of Croscombe to Edwin Brown of Combe Hay, a carpenter. Susannah died in 1849 and Edwin then married a Rebecca Fell. Susannah's christening record in Wellow, for 14th Feb 1813 shows that she was living in Croscombe and that her father John was a Yeoman. Any info gratefully received. Cherryl

Looking for information on Gabriel Baker who was born in Croscombe in 1797. He married Jane Viner/Vyner of Bath (date not known) and was a valet, butler etc during his life mainly in Hertfordshire. He lived out his years in Marylebone and died sometime between the 1881 and 1891 census.
