Donald Robertson, probably born 1786
Donald Robertson was born in Blair Atholl, Perthshire, and baptized 9th July 1786. His parents were Alexander Robertson and Katharine Campbell, and they lived in Tullich or Toulich (probably on the outskirts of Blair Athol). That's the only information I have about his ancestry. He married Rebecca Butters (AKA Rebekah Buttar), probably in 1807. Migrated to New South Wales in 1838 (as a widower) with most of his children, who were born around Blairgowrie. Baptism register entries for several of his children give his locality as Milltown of Drumlochie. Any information about Donald's ancestry, or contact with descendants, welcome.
