Seeking information concerning the family of Phoebe MAINWOOD, born at Wardington in about 1816, daughter of Thomas MAINWOOD. Phoebe may have lived and worked at Wormleighton, Warwickshire, at the time of the 1841 census but was recorded as Phoebe UNDERWOOD. Married William SHEPHERD at Wormleighton in 1841; Ann MAINWOOD was a Witness. The couple were living in Warwick by the time of the 1851 census, where they remained for the rest of their lives.
