Searching for Marjorie NEALE nee BECKETT
Searching for my cousin Marjorie Joan NEALE nee BECKETT. Born in Thornton Heath Surrey in 1938 if she is still alive she would now be in her 80's (as I am). Later she moved with her parents to Little Waldren in Essex where her parents ran a Public House called THE Crown. Then in 1971 Marjorie married David Alan NEALE but I believe may later have divorced. Last known address for a Marjorie who I think is the correct one was taken from the 2003 electoral roll and was in Wells next-the-Sea Norfolk living on her own. If anyone can point me in the right direction I will be much obliged. Richard
red mail ADAMSON
red mail Harrison anywhere in Norfolk
Hello, Foxes, I am seeking information on any Harrison of Norfolk, any date 1500 to 1917. Why such a broad question? I am making a tree of the Harrisons of Norfolk. We Harrisons of N. America, Ireland, and New Zealand, have been seeking where in England we were from and had a match to someone from a Norfolk family on a DNA test. We are not sure which Harrison family in Norfolk is ours. I have been writing letters, but very few replies. Can you give me any advice on writing a letter to England to solicit a reply? (This is a real question.) Thank you. It is difficult putting families together to make a tree. (I am currently working on King's Lynn.) It would help if someone has parts of a Harrison family in their background. I need help putting my b/m/burial records into a tree. Thank you. For example, if given a father and his dates and his wife's first name, then the names (but not dates) of their children, then I can find those children in the records I have typed out. I don't mind guessing, but if someone has part of a tree figured out, that would help. Again, thank you. Warmly, Polly
red mail Linder
Does anyone have any connection with the LINDER family? I have them in Hedingham and Geldeston in the mid to late 1800s. Charles's parents were Charles James LINDER and Lydia Elizabeth BECKETT - also my 3x gt grandparents.
red mail Riches, David and Mary Ann
I'm looking for information on David RICHES. He was convicted in Norwich in 1829 and transported to Australia. His family believed he was from Norfolk, but not necessarily Norwich. Records at the time of his conviction say he was 22/23 at the time, which makes his year of birth 1806 or 1807. Some family records suggest he may have been born a bit earlier than 1806. His convict records describe him as having a tattoo of a heart with "Mary Ann Riches" and also that he was married with one child. In Australia he married Mary Ann DANN. It is unclear if she is the same Mary Ann or if she was also from Norfolk.
My second great grandmother was Mary Ann Fuller born in holt around 1826, her father was a James Fuller born around 1794. I believe James had the following children, wife unknown at this time: William born c1819 who married Charlotte Moore, Richard born c1821, Anne born around c1828, Caroline born around 1831, Rachel born around 1834 and Rebecca born around 1837. Mary Ann Fuller married Joseph William Robert Marshall in 1854 in Norwich and had the following children: Mary Ann Marshall 1855 Robert .J. Marshall born 1857 Joseph W Marshall born 1859 William J Marshall born 1862-1903 Lucy E Marshall born 1867 Frederick Marshall born 1867.....Norwich, Norfolk If anyone can help please get in contact, thanks Sue

She then went on to marry Charles Gay. Any help in finding his parents, baptism or any brothers and sisters would be a great help. Thanks Maxine
