red mail Balls Family
My G Grandfather Charles Daniel Balls was a publican at the Fox in Hevingham in 1891. I am looking for information about how he aquired the Fox and why subsequently his son left the Fox before 1901. I believe Charles was either given the Fox or made a tenant by the Lord who owned the Estate. Charles was his Coachman and had intervened when one of the maids was being accosted by two young gentlemen. A lovely story which I am trying to find the circumstances. Thanks.

red mail Gotts of Hevingham & Stratton Strawless
I run the one name study for the name Gotts. My tree starts at William Gotts, married Margaret Baldwin in Norwich in 1745, then married Elizabeth Burrage in Hevingham in May 1757. Looking for his birth around 1725 somewhere round the area, but he's not in the parish records! Ian

red mail Hevingham
I am researching my family history, my maiden name is Hevingham, and recently I have been given information that a Thomas Hevingham born c.1811, came from the village of Hevingham or near, in Norfolk. Apparently, for some reason he changed his name to Teasdel Morse, and I am hoping that someone may have information that will help me on my way. If this information is true, this could be my g.g.g.grandfather, as the dates and name are correct, and it may the mising link I have been looking for. Myg.g.grandfather was also Thomas Hevingham and he was born in 1839, so the date scale is correct. Please can anyone help, it would mean a llot to our search. Thank you, and I hope to hear from someone soon.
