red mail Janet Merylyn West/Rees/Elliott.
I am trying to trace a Janet Merylyn Rees or West or Elliott. She was born on 22 Aug 1944. At 8 Graigfach Machynlleth to an unknown father, who was an American serviceman known as Nobby Clark. She was adopted soon after birth. Anyone out there know of her, or any info regarding where she may be now. My wife is her half-sister and is desperate to get in contact with Janet. No information whether her adoptive parents changed her name etc. Janet's birth mother passed away in 1987 and her dearest wish would have been for her children of her marriage to be in contact with Janet. My wife's father would not allow her mother to have any contact with Janet hence no further helpful information available to either my wife or I. It would be appreciated if anybody could give me any helpful information on how to trace Janet or point me in the direction of helpful sites/departments etc. She may have married in Stroud in now living there.
