red mail Lloyd, William Berriew
We believe William and Maria of Fron Berriew to be the parents of our great grandfather Robert Lloyd. The 1891 Census shows that William and Maria had 4 children at that time, Edward, Robert, Maurice and Ellen. We think Maurice worked as a Grocers porter at Haltway, Berriew and that Ellen died aged 4 in 1891. Any information on this part of the lloyd family would be useful.

Have just started tracing the Welsh line of my family history. Lucretia Williams approx 1885 is the daughter of Evan Williams approx 1855, and according to the marriage certificate he is the son of Evan Williams. I have been trying to find a census of the two Evan's together(1861 being the most obvious) but the only entry I can find lists a father aged 23 and sons aged 11 and 7, is it just my maths or has something gone wrong. Does anyone else know about this family? I can provide more details if anyone is interested.
