The family lived in various boroughs in East London. I am looking specificaly for HENRY GEORGE born about 1872, who left home as a young man. He appears in the 1901 census living in Wanstead. Believed to have emigrated to Australia but no record can be found. Reappears in 1921 applying for the Freedom of the City of London. Where was he for over 20 years?

I'm interested in Lawrence Road Upper Edmonton, some members of my family are in the 1911 census living at 41 Lawrence Road I know that other family members later lived at other addresses in this street, oddly although I have trawled through enumeration districts the even numbers in this street are impossible to find, has anyone any information that could help? In 1890 Great grandad William Harris moved from Little Hadham Herts to Upper Edmonton with wife Martha (nee GINN). They had at least 4 children there - Florence, William, Victor and Fredrick. Would be interested to hear from anybody reearching these families

3 x great grandfather John FARRAWAY and wife Ann lived most of their married lives in Enfield where they had at least 7 children. However census entries show that they were born in Edmonton. Some descendants moved to Australia and name changed to FARROWAY so pehpas that happened in England too! Would be interested to hear from anybody else researching this family.
