Scarff Donaldson Walters
I am trying to locate a Charlotte Walters ( maiden name) born in 1950 in South Kensington. Her mother Sheila nee Donaldson and her Aunty Brenda are 'twin second cousins' to my mum Molly Webster nee Challis who was born in Combs near Stowmarket Suffolk in 1920.Molly's mother ie my grandmother Mary Challis nee Horne ( born 1883 Combs) was sister to Alice Horne, born 1870 also in Combs. My research shows that Alice married a Samuel Scarff in 1894 but that he died in an accident in 1896.They did have a daughter Sissie Maria born 1894 who married James Donaldson in 1920 and later gave birth to the twins Brenda and Sheila.Research also shows me that Sheila married Nigel Walters in 1944 and a daughter Charlotte was born in 1950. I believe there might also be a brother. It would be lovely to make contact if this story sounds familiar.

They married in 1852 St John the Evangelist, Notting Hill and had 4 children, Eliza born 1853, Edward born 1855, Walter Read (my grandfather) born 1866 & Sydney George born 1869. They were on the 1871,1881 & 1891 census at 10 Child Street, Kensington. Eliza Scott married Frederick Butcher in 1876 & they had 7 children on the 1891 census: Frederick, Charles, Henry, Jessie, Minnie, Edith & James. I believethat Edward Scott married Elizabeth and they had 4 children on the 1891 census: Albert, Lily, Nellie & Ruby. Nothing known about Sydney George Scott.
