I am looking for any information about James Collins who married in the parish church in Ickenham approx. 1840's. I am trying to prove that my great grandmother, Sarah collins, is his daughter. I am trying to find where James Collins came from, particularly if from Ireland and if so, when or if not, whether his family originated in Ireland.

red mail Godliman, Beech, Rider, Filkins and Edlin families of Ickenham
I'm researching my husband's family. He's directly descended from the Godliman, Beech and Rider families in Ickenham - I know that he is also distantly related to the Filkins and Edlin famlies. Would like to hear from anyone with an interest in these families.
red mail WINCH, Willmott, Dell, Anderson
I have researched quite a lot about the Winch family of Ickenham and, since 1938, of Eastcote. A couple of weeks ago, in mid-May 2006 the last of the Winch's left Eastcote for good. If you would like to share what I've collected, please get in touch.
red mail BYLES (any)
I am desperate for information about any of the BYLES family who lived in Ickenham, almost certainly owned or worked on Copthall Farm, and were christened, married and buried at St. Giles church. Many thanks.
red mail Ball
In 1861 William and Elizabeth Ball were gardeners at Ickenham Hall but by 1871 William lived with his son, Henry Edward Ball with wife Maria and children in Back Lane. At age 71 he was "Paris" Clerk/ Sexton. Would love more information!
red mail Family histories back to 1700 and earlier
I have a lot of history of the Saich and Edlin families in Ickenham and the surrounding area which extends into the families they married. Keen to share knowledge in this area.
