Married Ann? Lived at Sibsey Of the eight children, only three were living at his death. Ann 1761,John 18-2-1763, William 1765, William 1767, Sarah 1768 William 1774, George 23-10-1777, Michael 1780, Note. Assuming that John Blow was aged between 18 years and 22 when his first child was born, this would indicate he was born 1739 – 1743.
Urquhart - Brodie Boston Road
Walter J. Urquhart and his wife Margaret , lived on Boston Road , Sibsey , Lincolnshire.... This information is taken from the Telephone Directories , 1969 -1972. W.J. Urquhart is listed as a "Smlhldr". I wonder if anyone remembers these two Scots-born persons ? It is possible that there was a third person at the Boston Road address : A Scots-born widow by the name of Mrs. Brodie....................Mrs Brodie was thought to have died at Sibsey , in 1972................................................. The couple moved on at some stage , to retire in Suffolk , England.......................................................... Before living at Sibsey they were farming in Leicestershire.

John Baker married Susannah or Susan Askwith in Sibsey in 1840. Susannah's father was William Askwith, blacksmith. William and his wife Lydia also lived in Tattershall and Coningsby. If anyone knows where a blacksmith's shop was in any of these places, I'd be most interested.
I understand that Matthew Flinders' (sea captn)father, Thomas Flinders, was the Dr at Donnington c. 1800 and delivered many babies in and around Sibsey and Stickney. I would be interested if anyone has any info on that.

Martha Lamb first appears in Sibsey in 1779 marrying Robert Eno. They baptised a child Ann in 1780, and Martha died only 3 years later. I am trying to find out where she came from.

Robert Eno first appears here marrying Ann Peacock in Sibsey in 1756. They baptised 3 children here and were buried here. I am trying to identify his parents. There were Enos in Sibsey baptising children around the time of his likely birth, but no Robert baptism that I can see. Grateful for any help.

Two Robert Enos baptisedn in Sibsey - firstly 11 Jul 1756 to Robert and Ann, secondly 21 Jan 1757 to William and Elizabeth. Has anyone positively identified either of these as their ancestor? I need help to eliminate the one and establish the other before I can go further back! One of these married Martha Lamb in 1779 and that one is my ancestor. But who were his parents?. As a widower my Robert later married Lucy Harrison
I would like any information on John Christian who married Mary Parr, William Christian b. 1782 who married Susannah Draper, James Plant who married Mary King, Charles Christian b. 1826 who married Sarah Plant b. 1824. Charles had a son Henry who married Emma Landt, daughter of Johann Landt from Flensburg, Denmark/Schleswig Holstein, Prussia.
would like any information on the George and Mary (Douse c. 1748, followed by Brothwick c. 1771) Plant family, c. 1750-80. They together had several children and lived in the area for at least two generations. Sarah Waltham m. Richard Plant 1776 and had twelve children.
