Joseph Travis
Joseph Travis b. Jan 1838 Shaw, Oldham. Looking for information such as GRO data, census data, baptism records, and direct family mother/father/siblings data. Married Matilda Tinkler b. 1824 in Hertfordshire. Also seeking marriage place or date information. Matilda was a widow, first husband Thomas Moulds. Joseph and Matilda had two (2) children: 1) Joseph John Edwin Travis b. 1863/d. 1945; 2) Arthur Lindsey Travis b. 1867/d. 1867. Edit: After visiting the Archives in Oldham and looking page by page, I found Joseph Travis b. 1841 Bankhouse, Shaw, Oldham. He has a brother and a sister. This led to lots more data and a huge amount of data to process. Still looking for a marriage b/w Joseph and Matilda.
