red mail Mally
Francis Mally an Innkeeper and Yeoman born about 1690 married Grace (Crookall?). Their wills were proved in 1730's. My line is through daughter Catherine who marred Robert Billington (1755) in Kirkham. His sons Thomas and John both have families and there is a Francis Mally in the recusant records living in Singleton in 1717 who could be him or possibly his father. Son Thomas has an alias of Wastecoate in one record!

red mail Marriage of Oscar Bentley / Beatrice Price
I'm trying to track down the marriage (place / date) of my Gt Grandparents Oscar and Beatrice, who must have married abt 1911, before starting a family of four children (Oscar, Cyril, Zena and Roderick). Oscar was born c.1887, Welshpool, and Beatrice was born c.1889 in Burnley. Beatrice was living at theCrown Hotel, Lytham at time of marriage to Oscar. Oscar died 24 April 1916, shot in Dublin. I know that Oscar and Beatrice were in Sabden for a short time before Oscar joined the army (5th Royal Irish Lancers), so maybe they were wed at a barracks somewhere ...? Thanks to a kind CuriousFox subscriber, I now know that Oscar and Beatrice married in 1914 in the Fylde, after already having 3 children! I would also like to find out when Beatrice (Bentley) died. I know she was still alive in 1931, living in Blackpool.
