i am looking for any info on francis rouse born bole hill wirksworth derbyshire in 1822 he married mary taylor from spew spout lower darwen in 1847 at st marys blackburn by 1881 he was a prisoner in preston prison and the rest of the family had changed their name to rose. by 1891 he was in the union workhouse haslingden road blackburn where he died in 1892. any info would be gratefully received.
