I am researching the name BEZER, the maiden name of my paternal grandmother. Her father Alfred BEZER states on the 1881 census that he was born in Lewisham. His father's name as stated on Alfred's marriage certificate, was Joseph BEZER. I have founda number of BEZERS in Lewisham while searching the St.Catherine's House indexes. Would be pleased to hear from anyone with an interest in this name.
