Looking for information on two brothers, William MARTIN, b. abt 1805 in Plaistow, Nr Bromley, Kent, and Thomas MARTIN, b. abt 1811. William was married to Mary WOOD, b. abt 1805 in Chipping, Hertfordshire, and Thomas was married to Mary's sister Amy, b. abt 1806 in Chipping, Herts. Thomas ran a greengrocer's shop in Eltham High Street, and he appears to have died about 1856, when Amy's sister Mary and family appear to move in with her. Both couples seem to vanish after the 1861 census, and there are no records of their deaths that are immediately obvious. William & Mary had children who survived, whilst the other couple were childless. Anyone else researching these families ?
