Looking for any information on the Skellett family in Yaxley from the early 1800's to present. My grandfather Joseph Skellett, grew up there from 1910 to 1939. His brothers and sisters were, John William 1905-, Ethel 1901-, Annie 1909- and Emma 1903-. His mother was Emma Elizabeth Blackman 1874-1950. His father Joseph Henry Skellett 1872-1911. His grandfather Henry Skellett 1846-1899 and grandmother Mary Ellen Beebe 1845. Would appreaciate greatly, thank you. Mark.

I am looking for any information on Sarah who married Thomas Porter, they lived for a time at the lodge of Wadenhoe House, Thomas died in 1867. Sarah remarried Samuel Austin and eventually moved to Cheshire. Sarah's father was John Ladds and mother Mary. John's parents were Richard and Sarah Lewis.

I am looking for info about my great=great uncle. He was born in Yaxley 1883,and married Alice M Robinson in 1907.He joined the PPCLI in 1914,was missing in action Feb 1915 at St Eloi,presumed dead. He was son of Jane Tabor. Prior to the PPCLI he served 3 years with the 2nd battalion,Bedfordshire Regiment.
