Looking for any information on my great grandfather who lived in Hereford Street in 1920's and also in Dishley Street and Bargates - he drove a bus ( or horse and cart) between the railway and the hotels - he is supposed to have been born in Leominster in about 1870 but his father is James Price on his wedding certificate ( a roadman) and I cant find a birth that ties in with this . I would love anyone who knew the family - Bert was married to Fanny Jane and they had Richard who was my granddad , Leonard ,Gladys , Gertrude ( known as Cissy) and Albert who was known as Jack . I have the birth certificate of Albert Edward price born in 1871 but his father on that is William so wrong one

I am looking for any information about my Great Grandfather William Henry Cook, or any of his relatives. My guess is that he would have been born about the 1840's, and possibly come from the Leominster area. He and his wife had a son William James Cook who was born in 1867 in Leominster, and married Mary Benford in Worcestershire (Balsall Heath) on the 11th April 1887. I am seeking information on the Wyke family who lived in the Leominster area and also Broseley Shropshire areas. Some relatives also went to Monmouthshire. Dr Isaac Wyke married Sarah Bache in 1733at Shropshire, They had 9 children, Joseph, Zaccheus, Mary, Rebecca, Sarah, Isaac, Abraham, and Martha. Abraham was a Dr. also and married Susannah in 1769. They had 8 children one of which was Isaac born in Leominster 1770. Isaac married Sarah and had approx 12 children (not all lived), Margaret was one of his daughters, she married James DANIEL of Abergavenny. Would love to swap information.
