red mail HILL & POWELL families c.1770s onwards
I'm looking to trace the family of an ANNE HILL (1779-1804), who married WALTER BEVAN/BEAVAN and was the mother of CAROLINE BEVAN (born in 1800). Anne was my 6x great-grandmother, and I am interested in following her line of ascent, if possible. Who her parents/grandparents were, what they did, and whether she had any siblings or not. Also the family of HANNAH POWELL, another Dilwyn resident in 1806, who married Anne's widower, Walter, and mothered the next 7 of his children. I would love to discover more about her - when she was born/died and had she been married before the 1806 nuptials to Walter/did she have any children other than those with him.
