Fanny scovell married Thomas Walden in about 1854. her mother's maiden name was Hannah Jackman. In or about 1855 Fanny and her husband moved to Alderney in the channel islands where they brought up their children. One of their children was Hannah Walden she married a man called James Sheldrake from norfolk or Suffolk. Their children were born in Guernsey. In about 1905 Hannah and james sheldrake moved to Hornsea in East Yorks with some of their children

The 1881 census indicates that Jane was a widow, and that George had 4 siblings - Walter, William, Kate and Lucy. The 1901 census gives the household of William at 9 New Street, Newport, with his wife Minnie, daughters Minnie, Florence and Elsie, his Mother Jane, his brother Walter, his sister Ada, and George. I am looking for relatives or any information on behalf of George's grandaughter.

James was born on the Isle of Wight in about 1790, possibly Freshwater/Pagham. He married Martha Urry 01/05/1802 At Godshill. Mary died 07/01/1841 in childbirth. Am trying to find out his date of birth and the name of his parents. Could be Robert and Jane or James and Sarah. I just can't find the link. Any information would be much appreciated.
