Wilson family 1800s
I am looking for information on the Wilson family who lived in Siddington from 1840s-1850s. On the 1851 census they are recorded as living at The Rectory, Siddington. James Wilson (born 1794) was a shepherd and his wife Elizabeth nee Bond was born in Ampney Crucis in 1799. They had 7 children, Bartley (1823), Joseph (1828), James (1829), Jane (1835), William, Thomas and Mary Ann (1841). On the 1871 and 1881 census records, wife Elizabeth is shown as living in Cheltenham, so I assume that James had died but I can find no record of his death. Elizabeth was my gt gt gt grandmother.

red mail William Ratcliff born c. 1810
I'm looking for any information anybody may have on William Ratcliff who was born in Siddington in about 1810. He married an Elizabeth ? & they had 2 children who were born in Baunton (Charles - 1842) & Elizabeth (1840). I am ideally looking for Elizabeth's maiden name & hopefully the names of William's parents. Thanks
I am looking for info re: the Gardner family that lived in Siddington Gloucestershire about 1865. William who was married to Harriet. They had about 8 children , my grandfather Fred in 1891, who was born in Wiltshire. Fred married Lillian (Lilly) Grey, and they lived in Swansea until their deaths.
John Masters and Mary Ann (nee Townsend)spent some decades in Siddington, mainly living at the Quarries, bringing up a fairly large family of both boys and girls. Their daughter Emma was my ggmother, having married william Henry Bridgwater on 26th December 1901 - the only day Emma could get off from her employment in service. their daughter, marjorie, my grandmother, went back to live in Siddington to keep Mary Ann company after John died; Emma had promised him this on his death bed. My grandmother wrote a handwritten book of her childhood expedition from Hereford to Siddington, which I have started to scan. They lived to a fairly good age, so I remember both ggprents well. Any news of any of the related families would be great. I don't have much on the Townsends.
