Clark family in Mountnessing.
Looking for the origins of William Clark who married Sarah Cross (1761-1816) in Mountnessing in 1773. He does not come from Mountnessing as the only child of this name born here in 1759 dies within a couple of weeks. William and Sarah have five children, Willian Clark (b 1775), Sarah Heard Clark (b 1778), James Clark (b 1781), Susan Clark (b 1785) and Charles Cross Clark (1792-1871). Charles Cross Clark moved to Ramsden Crays, Essex where he was the Blacksmith and Parish Clerk until his death in 1871. Any information on this family would be appreciated.
