Living there with daughters Eleanor age 12, Flora age 11, Catherine age 0 and sons Thomas age 9 Hugh age 6. They seem to have just arrived from The Green Man at Ingrave where they were in 1841. Abel Wright
Abel Wright emigrated to the US between 1630, his birth, and 1659, his mariage. I am searching for his parents. Well resoning genealogists are pursuaded that he is of the Kelvedon Hatch Wrights, but I find no record of him, perhaps due to religious differences of the family that became Roman Catholic in this period. Anyone have any info? I have seen John Wright and Ann Piggot suggested as his parents?
