red mail Fairbridge family
Any information about the Fairbridge family especially Elizabeth or her daughters Sarah and Emily would be really welcome. They seem to have lived at Spencer's Buildings in the 1890s. By 1911 Elizabeth and Emily were at Elvaston Cottages, Sarah was married and in Jesmond. Emily left for Australia in 1913; Elizabeth died in 1919. Any thoughts or info about local recruitment of emigrants to Australia would also be wonderfully helpful. Big asks: thanks in advance for any help. Cheers.
