red mail Low Fell. Sheriff Hill
I have a lot of smith family who lived in Low Fell from about 1910 to 1940. My mother Lily (born 1918) grew up there in Robson Street and she and her 5 siblings had many cousins living locally. They went to Kells Lane school, and attended St Helens and St Johns churches. Their father was Robson Smith and their mother Sarah Ann Williams. I know there must still be descendants of these people in the area. I have colated quite a bit of information and am keen to share it.
