Searching for info on a titled family who resided in Brancepeth or the neighbouring area in the early 20th century. My G Grandparents (Kelly)were in service for Lady Boyne and I cannot find the location of their estate. I suspect it could be Brancepeth Castle or Holywell Hall (Kellys later built a bungalow which they called the Holywell) but my research has proved fruitless. The Boyne's did once own the castle but the date was much to early and the castle was comissioned by the army in 1911. I have found no further reference to the Boyne family in brancepeth after about 1881 but have learned that through marriage there is a link with the Hamilton Russell families. Can anyone help with this query or offer info on where I can look next.

red mail Francis McIntyre or McEntire c. 1861
Francis was living in Brancepeth with his wife Bridget (nee Dolan) at the time of their (first?) daughter Mary's birth. As far as I can tell, both were from Ireland. Interested to hear from anyone else with links to this family. Had moved to Willington by the time of the 1861 census where more children were born.
Born 1867 his parents were Joseph and Ann (nee Clarke)Robert married first Elizabeth Felton- they lived at Gateshead and had 5 children - then Agnes Prest (nee Hodgson)with whom he had two children.
