Searching for any record of Kelly family that set out from Dromara for New York in 1804. Sailed from Newry. The following are listed: (Widow) Mary Kelly (is 36 years of age at sailing) + 6 children (Eldest, a son, named Gregory; eldest girl named Eleanor, born 1797.) Remaining 4 children, girls - no names listed. Also on same ship, from Dromara as well: David Kelly. Not listed as a relative - perhaps Mary's brother-in-law? Mary's daughter Eleanor married John Phelan in New York. She was my great, great grandmother.

I am looking for relatives of Richard Tumilty (born 1840ish) County Down Ireland. Richard married Catherine Mulvanny/Mulvaney (born 1843ish) County Down Ireland. They emigrated to America in the 1870's and had a son Henry (born 1876, New York). Leaving America they settled in Liverpool where they had two daughters Mary(born 1879/80) and Sarah(born 1882. Mary married James Boyle and Sarah married William Rowlands. From all accounts Henry was a seafaring man supposedly settling back in America. Has anyone any more information about the Mulvanny's or Tumilty's from Ireland.
