red mail Andrew Perry
Trying to locate parents of Andrew Perry born 1816 in Gussage, Dorset. I have been trying several records and have been unsuccessful. He married Maria Pike in March 1838. His siblings were Elias and Samuel. If anyone has any further information I would be so very pleased to help me continue my research further. Thank you.
I am trying to find my 4xg grandmother Mary Dacomb born Pimperne or Gussage in Dorset 1791. She married Charles Pike b. 1791 - children Henrietta, Jemima, Samson, Solomon, Georgina. There are no records for Mary apart from the marriage to Charles. I would love to be able to find her parents or siblings in order to continue my research. Thank you.
Isaacs family
looking for any information on the Isaacs Family in Gussage All Saints
red mail Orman
Looking for any details about the Orman family. I know they had ties with Gussage All Saints. As well as Horton, Woolsbridge and Three Legged Cross. Would be very interested in anything to do with the family but especially anything about John Orman (B.1850) and his children (especially James B.1881 - my great grandfather)
George Burden
Any info on George Burden b. about 1818. He had a son John Burden b. 1840 who married Emily Bush b.1843 who also came from Gussage All Saints. Any info on either of these families would be appreciated
red mail Aeneas Rose (c1837 - 1920)
Has anyone got any information on Aeneas Rose aka Enos, Enras, Eanes, Ernest etc. I have him aged 14 in 1851 in Horton but I am uncertain as to his exact family. I also have him in 1881, 1891 and 1901 and his gravestone in Milford on Sea. I have his marriage certificate to Emily Clark (1871) showing his father as George Rose. I am pretty sure his mother was Ann Golding. I can make a stab at guessing his grandparents. He was a widower when he married Emily but I have no idea who his first wifewas. Emily is shown on the various census returns as either from Horton or Jersey - needless to say I can't find her in either birthplace. Aeneas is a pain to look for due to his various name spellings and the fact that looking for ROSE returns 99Rose forenames for every ROSE surname.
