Robert (my G.G.Grandfather) went to Luppitt and married Elizabeth Symons10/11/1829.Anyone able to offer me information about him before this date I would be most grateful I am led to believe that he came from Buckland St Mary but can find nothing to verify this so perhaps he was working there. He was a blacksmithby trade. Molly.

James Stevens listed b1824 in Membury. 1851 census has them living with in-laws Manwell. Possible incorrect transcript of Manfield or Manville. Can anyone shed some light on this or any info on Stevens family name in Devon?
