I am trying to find information about the families of either Edward Blackmore or Martha Chick who lived in Cullompton, and were both born about 1810/11. I believe they are shown in the 1841 census as living in Cullompton and having 5 children - James, Edward, Margaret, William and Mary. They may have later lived in Sampford Spiney. Their son William (born about 1845 in Cullompton)who was my great grandfather left England in 1865 and settled in Queensland.
