red mail Green Mill
I am looking for any information on Green Mill, in Henllan. In the 1841/51/61 census, it was the home of John Williams and in the 1861 Census it had passed on to Joseph Roberts. I believe it was a farm as well as a flax? mill. John Roberts was married to Margaret (no further info) and in 1841 it shows their ages as 60 and 50 yo. their sons were Joseph and Edward both born circa 1825, possibly twins. I can find no further info on Edward after the 41 census, Robert became a confectioner in Vale Street, Denbigh before moving back to Green Mill. 1861 is the last record I can find for Green Mill. Joseph married a Catherine Williams of Llanraeder/llanbedr? Any help would be appreciated.
