red mail Anne Margaret Ashley Born 1943
Trying to trace Anne Margaret Ashley (Born 18th January 1943) in Westerham,Kent. Last known address was in 1985 when she was the executrix of her father Joseph Douglas Ashley (Died 10th December 1985); their address given at the time 1985 was simply Nanceglos, Madron,Penzance, Cornwall. That appears now to be a National Trust property! He was at one time a Congregational Minister more generally known as Rev J Douglas Ashley. red mail John Maddern Penzance /madron Area
Looking for infornmation on the parents of John Maddern born Penzance or Madron areas around 1800 who married Jane Lawrey on 17 Oct 1829 and also the parents of Jane Lawrey/Laurey. I am trying to connect him as the son of Thomas Maddern and Jane Ellis who married in 1799 at Madron. Has anyone information that would confirm this link ? John was recorded in the 1771 census of Madron as John MADRON 72 years old living with his unmarried daughter Jane and he had died before the 1881 census. I think he may have been several years younger than that given in the census but have not been able to check his age ,if given, in the 1851 and 1861 censuses
