Looking for any information about William who was the Wesleyan Methodist Minister in Kilkhampton from 1860 to 1879 when he died. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, 1795. He joined the Methodists in 1825 as a probationary preacher and I have the list of the circuits in which he preached throughout his career. Also, Elizabeth STAPLETON whom he married at Boyton, Cornwall on 23 Apr 1835. She was born at Newquay about 1799.

I'm searching for information regarding my 9th Great Grandfather Roger Pound, Roger Bond or Rogerus Bande, and my 9th Great Grandmother Johanna Jenn. They were both born, married, died in Kilkhampton. He was born abt 1563 and died on 14 Feb 1631. She was born abt 1567 and died on 17 Nov 1601. The were married on 29 June 1588. I'm aware of only one child. Their son John Pounds was born abt 1590 and died 31 May 1661 in Kilkhampton. He married on 30 Jan 1611 to a Joan Clarke. Joan was born abt 1597. Her birth and death location was list as "England". Any assistance or information regarding these families or suggestions on where I can search, will be greatly appreciated. May 4, 1743 in Kilkhampton, Cornwall; Philip YEO, b. abt. 1744, in Cornwall, England; James YEO, b. abt. 1747 in Stratton, Cornwall and who married Grace BRAGG in Moorwinstow, Cornwall; and then Richard SPRY, b. abt. 1749 in Stratton, Cornwall and m. May 23, 1744 in Whitstone, Cornwall. In addition, Richard YEO may have had a second wife by the name of Miriam Moyse. Elizabeth ELLIOT, b. abt. 1715 and 1720 was the daughter of James ELLIOT and Elixabeth. James ELLIOT’S son was also named James Elliot and his wife was Elizabeth ANDERTON. They had four known children – Elizabeth ELLIOT, b. btwn. And 1715-1720 and m. Robert YEO in Kilkhampton, Cornwall; Mary Elliot, b. abt. 1719 in Kilkhampton, Cornwall; Samuel Elliot, b. abt. 1721 in Kilkhampton, Cornwall, d. I have another John Wonnacott(my GGGG) married to Priscilla Longhurst they had 3 children, daughter, Emily Lavinia Wonnacott married William Walter Trewin in 1844 before arriving in Australia in 1863 with 5 surviving children.
