Does anybody have any information on an Estello/Estella/Estelle/Stella Edwards 1912-1986. Maiden name Wilson. 1st married Walter J Clayton 1935. Then Robert D Edwards 1946. I know of one child Susan. Estelle lived in Heswall later on in life and until her death. I am led to believe they had been entertainers at one time in the forces. Robert worked for Tate and Lyle and lived part of his life in Trinidad.

I am looking for the name of the former owner of Trepassey House BEFORE it became a Residential Home. The period I am looking at is 1920s - 1935. I believe a family named either ARMSTRONG or BARRING lived there.

He stayed with his Grandfather William Taylor 1828-1893 b franby/ch Heswall.He was allso william b 1874 Liverpool he was a tug boat captain on mersey. They lived in Mill Lane, Heswall, and later at Hillside Rd,Heswall. My grandfather William Banks b. 1878 married Sarah Bailey from Dawley,Shropshire in 1904. They lived at Ivy Bank,Dee View Rd, Heswall, and later at Birkenhead and Higher Bebington. I am looking for any information on Banks or Birch families, especially William's siblings. I would love to hear from any descendants of the Banks family from Heswall.
