red mail Elizabeth Lindop - 1734 to ?
Elizabeth was a daughter of Thomas Lindop and Mary Colley. She was baptised in Haslington, Cheshire in 1734. I think she married Thomas Stubbs, in Barthomley, in 1757, but I am not certain of this. I would be interested to know more about her. Her brother, Richard, is my ancestor.
red mail Thomas Lindop 1701/2 to 1777: Haslington, Cheshire, England
I am looking for any descendants who could help me correctly identify his children or who have information or documents relating to him. He was born in Haslington, Cheshire in 1701 or 1702. He married Mary Colley, in Barthomley, in 1728. I think their children were: Thomas, born 1731; Mary, born 1732; perhaps another Mary, born 1733; Elizabeth, born 1734; Sara(h), born 1737; John, born 1739; Richard, born 1740 (my ancestor); William, born 1743; Martha, born 1745. I would also like to know more about Mary Colley, who I think was born in Wybunbury in 1701, but I cant be sure.
red mail Sara Lindop - 1737 to ?
Sara or Sarah Lindop 1737 to ? I am looking for any descendants of Sara, who was baptized in Haslington, Cheshire in 1737. She married Joseph Brown of Audlem, in Barthomley, Cheshire in 1762. I would like to know who their children were and to verify that Sara was in fact the daughter of Thomas Lindop of Haslington (1702 to 1777) and his wife, Mary Colley.

BROMFIELD of Cheshire
Peter BROMFIELD, a carpenter, was born circa 1765 in Elton. In circa 1799 he married Hannah (surname unknown) and they had three children all baptised in HAslington.....George (my direct ancestor) Charles and HAnnah. They resided in Winterley, close to Winterley Ponds. Neither Charles nor HAnnah married. Hannah (senr) and son Charles are buried in the churchyard at HAslington. Hannah moved to 0xfordshire where she died in 1882. George, a school teacher, married Sarah Smith in 1823. He died in Leftwich where he was a school teacher. Peter died in 1838 and is buried in the same unmarked grave as his son, George(died 1839) in churchyard at Davenham. From George's Will of 1839 know that George owned property in Winterley that was leased out on a yearly agreement to a Peter Proudlove.(refer tithe map of 1841) Understand that the Proudlove family now own this land today. Any information on above would be greatly appreciated. Joyce
