I'm trying to trace what may have happened to Helen McKee (b: 20 July 1859, Stevenston, Ayrshire), last trace was 1871 in Stevenston, Ayrshire. I'm also trying to trace her father John (b: c 1816, Donegal, Ireland). Her brother John (b: 1862 died in 1871) and according to his Death Certificate, father John was working as forester. Mother, Helen Martin died in 1869. I've managed to trace all the other children of John and Helen, except Helen (Jnr).

Robert Caldwell born 1843 in Ayrshire. Went to South Australia with his parents (James & Agnes Caldwell) on "Florentia" arriving 1849. Married in 1865 in South Australia to Jane (Jean) Lawrie. Nine children. Robert was a member of parliament. He died in 1909 at Woodside in South Australia

I am tracing Hugh Mathie from Kilmarnock who married Mary Auld in about 1766. The only one who fits married Mary Armour from Stevenston. Then I found a birth IGI for Mary Auld or Armour born about 1750. Were her parents unmarried that she had either name ? Has anyone else met a similar situation ?

Longridge History
I am stuck! And if anyone has any history about the Longridge Family it would be wonderful. Here's what I have so far. Isabelle Longridge was born Febuary 18th 1902, in Stevenston, in the county of Ayr (short for something else???) She came over to the United Stated and Married Milford James Pulver, on June 12th 1923, in Springwells Michigan. Isabella's father was Samuel LongridgeII, and her mother was Christina MacFadyzen Longridge. Grand Parents were Mary Hamilton Longridge, grand father Unknown ( Fathers Side). Samuel LongridgeI, Mary MacFadyzen Dinning born in Scotland, and also James Dinning, (mothers side). There is alot of missing peices that I would like to find, and also some past history. If anybody has any information, I would appreciate it.
