My grandmothers family came from the Lochgilphead area of Scotland and I would love to know more about them She was Eliza Stevenson Ritchie, and she married John Wilkie of Wood street Glasgow.He worked in the Shipyard of John Browns on the Clyde as an engineer.They had four children John Ritchie Wilkie who went to Australia in 1912,Elizabeth Ritchie who worked in Copeland & Lylse in Glasgow for many years my Late Mum Catherine Baxter Wilkie who married my Dad, Benjamin Smith Bearn.and lastly Edith Holmes Wilkie who married George Kinross Fyffe,and they went to New Jersey U.S.A.
